Deepinder Goyal buys a luxury apartment (Social Media)
Business News: Zomato's founder, Deepinder Goyal, has bought a super luxury apartment in Gurugram, Haryana. His new apartment is worth a whopping INR 52.3 crore, bought in 'The Camellias.' The conveyance deed of the apartment was done in March. The entrepreneur paid 3.66 crore in stamp duty, as confirmed by Zapkey, a real estate analytics firm. The documents by the firm also show that the apartment was bought directly from the DLF in 2022, while the conveyance deed was completed on 17th March 2022. As the market sources reveal, the luxury apartment will be priced at more than 100 crore as per market value.
DLF The Camellias is a super luxury project in DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram, Haryana. The phase is also popular for its five-star hotel amenities. It is often talked about for its high-value transactions and has become a very famous residential area among the entrepreneurs and celebrities in the National Capital Region. Deepinder's apartment measures 10,813 square feet and includes five parking spaces.
The residential project by DLF has become very famous among the well-known entrepreneurs and celebrities. In December 2024, Rishi Parti, CEO and the founder of Gurugram-based Info-X Software Technology, paid Rs 190 crore for a penthouse at The Camellias. In January of that year, Smiti Agarwal, a director of Wesbok Lifestyle and the wife of V Bazaar CMD Hemant Agarwal, paid Rs 95 crore for an apartment in The Camellias.
In October 2023, an 11,000 sq ft apartment was sold for approximately Rs 114 crore in a resale. Deep Kalra, the founder of MakeMyTrip; Sameer Manchanda of Den Networks; and Ashish Gurnani, the founder of Assago Group, have all purchased residences in The Camellias.
Goyal, who also serves as CEO of the food delivery company Zomato, owns many luxury cars, including a Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, an Aston Martin DB12, a Ferrari Roma, a Porsche 911 Turbo S, a Lamborghini Urus, a BMW M8 Competition, and a Porsche Carrera S.
